Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from brief to final offer

• Close 3–5 management, HR, and business roles monthly (depending on complexity)

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and candidates

• Use modern sourcing tools: LinkedIn, Boolean search, automation, AI

• Conduct structured video interviews and evaluate candidates’ fit

• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction

Must Have

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (management, HR, or commercial roles)

• Proven record of closing complex positions independently

• Strong communication and business relationship skills

• Result-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects

• Confident English (B1+)

Nice to have

• Experience working with international clients or remote teams

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and AI recruiting tools (GPT, automation, etc.)

• Understanding of HR & business structures
