About the role
We are building a pool of independent recruiters for client searches. You work on a role from sourcing to offer, and KeyPerson takes care of the client.
What you do
Source and assess candidates for our clients’ roles.
Run the first interview and submit the CV with your notes.
Support the candidate through to the offer.
What KeyPerson takes care of
The client, the brief and all agreements.
A review of candidates before they go to the client.
The contract and payments.
Requirements
3+ years in recruiting: IT or leadership search.
English for work with international clients.
Ability to work under a B2B contract.
Terms
Success-based: a share of the fee for each filled role.
B2B contract, payments in euros.
Projects come as client requests arrive.
The share and payment terms are discussed at the interview.
